生產(chǎn)線介紹
QC-Ⅱ型斗自動高速絕緣串聯(lián)生產(chǎn)線,是在吸收國內(nèi)外同類產(chǎn)品優(yōu)點的基礎(chǔ)上,參照國際上最高水平的先進技術(shù),采用半自動雙盤收線結(jié)構(gòu)。收線速度高、捕線準確、換盤快捷不減速,人工上、下盤。單線質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定、生產(chǎn)效率高、經(jīng)濟效益好、完全能滿足超五、六類纜單線的要求。

QC-Ⅱtype half-automatic high-speed insulation tandem assembly line, it is on the basic of absorption home and aboard production, refer to international highest level advanced technology and adopts half-automatic double-drum take-up structure. It is high speed of take-up, chase wire precise, exchange drum quickly and non-decrease speed, load and unload drum by personnel. Single wire quality is stable, high productive, good economic benefit and is full satisfaction with class-Ⅴ, class-Ⅵ single wire.
